Shipping Policy

Processing Times 
Thank you for shopping at Bareskin USA. Orders placed Monday through Friday (except holidays) will be processed in 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. During Major Sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other big sales order processing can be up to 15 business days. All notifications will be updated on our website. All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped. 

Domestic and Free Shipping 
Bareskin USA offers 
standard domestic shipping via USPS or UPS and free shipping for Domestic Orders over $75. Each product is handmade in small batches. All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days after processing for delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information 
Bareskin USA does not re-ship packages that are returned due to a customer providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We also do not re-deliver packages if the customer was not available at the shipping address during time of delivery. 

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Damaged or Missing Products
If a product/products were delivered damaged while in transit due to the handling by the carrier please contact us immediately at support@bareskinusa.com Please include your name, invoice number, and images of the damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Bareskin USA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. If you have not received your package please contact the carrier by filing a claim. Have your claim number available and email it to us at support@bareskinusa.com
