Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds. 

Online purchase return policy. Thank you for shopping with bareskinusa.com Once an item has been shipped, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You can contact us at support@bareskinusa.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Gift Cards 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Effective Results (Products Not Working) 
We are excited for your Bareskin USA journey. Results do not happen overnight, finding the right skincare product is a process. Depending on your skin type and regimen this can determine how quickly you will see results. It can take up to 90 days plus to see a visible effect on your skin. Please note during this process you may experience breakouts during the first 30 days as your skin is getting acclimated to new products and routine. Our products do not guarantee a solution. You must follow all directions and stay consistent with your usage.

Adverse Reactions
Bareskin USA will not be liable for any adverse reactions to any of our products. If a reactions occurs, please contact your physician immediately. After your physician consultation please send us before and after pictures at support@bareskinusa.com

Limitation of Liability
Bareskin USA shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits or the performance of the products, even if Bareskin USA has been advised of the possibility of any damages.
